Gary is dual qualified in commerce and valuation and has extensive litigation support and arbitration experience, which draws upon lengthy career knowledge in valuation and real estate/financial consulting.
Gary routinely provides guidance and advice to clients in transactions such as sales and leasing, and has successfully managed projects from minor upgrades through to complete building refurbishments and multi-level carpark construction. His focus
combines value maximisation from understanding the markets with stringent cost control.
Gary is a competitive cyclist and has interests in recreational fishing, game fishing and diving from his launch 'Sunbird'.

Brett is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (FNZIV) and a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand (FPINZ). He has practiced as a valuer for more than 35 years and is recognised for his expertise both nationally and internationally, and has an enviable record of experience in litigation based valuation.
Brett is widely known as an expert valuer across all real estate forms. A number of major corporates and investment institutions seek his advice on matters ranging from occupancy and investment strategies through to property leasing, acquisition and disposal.

Diana is a Senior member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (SNZIV) and of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ).
In private practice for more than 20 years, Diana has focussed upon commercial property and in particular, the health sector including hospitals, rest homes, medical centres and retirement villages.
Diana is widely consulted on matters ranging from leasing structures through to asset valuations and forward planning for both public and private sectors.
Raising a family leaves whatever spare time is available for bike riding, swimming and walking.

Sean is a Fellow of the Institute of Valuers (FNZIV) and of the Property Institute of New Zealand (FPINZ) and was first registered some 35 years ago.
During his career, most recently as Director - Valuation Services at DTZ New Zealand and Darroch Ltd, Sean has concentrated on valuation and consultancy in the Auckland Central Business District and city fringe.
Sean has particular experience in the valuation of supermarkets and has extensive arbitration experience relating to supermarket rentals, major office tenancies and ground rental reviews in the Viaduct Harbour and Wynyard Quarter precincts.
Sean also has acted as a tenant representative on behalf of tenants relocating or renegotiating extension of leases.
In his spare time Sean has the occasional game of tennis and is still trying to master control of the boogie board in the surf at Sandy Bay, Northland. |
